I approach healing from an Integrative & Holistic manner.
I will support & help you reach your goals and guide you in learning a new way of being that is unique to you. The Integrative approach considers many factors that influence mental health, sleep, stress. trauma, spiritual and cultural beliefs and practices, environmental factors, physical health, and family and social connections. In essence, I work with each client to experience lasting and meaningful healing in different ways, not a one-size-fits-all approach.
